Some people spend a lot of time searching for the perfect sandwich. I’ve never really had to.

For as long as I can remember, this has been my order. No matter where I was, what else was on the menu, or how many new things I wanted to try, I always seemed to come back to this one.

There’s nothing particularly complicated about it, and that’s exactly why I love it. The combination of chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, balsamic, and peppers just works. It’s familiar, reliable, and always seems to hit the spot. Sometimes you don’t need a sandwich to surprise you—you just need one you know you’re going to enjoy every single time.
